Due to the Las Vegas desert climate—including extreme heat, dust, wind, and intense UV exposure—residential pools should be serviced weekly. Consistent weekly service helps maintain balanced water chemistry, prevent algae growth, protect pool surfaces, and extend the life of the equipment.
Our weekly service includes surface skimming, brushing the walls, steps, and tile line, vacuuming as needed, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, inspecting the pool equipment, and testing and balancing the water chemistry.
After every visit, you will receive a digital service report with photos, chemical readings, and details of the work performed.
Please note that deep filter cleaning, repairs, replacement parts, and specialty chemical treatments are separate services and require prior approval.
No. You do not need to be home as long as our technician has safe and clear access to the pool and equipment area.
For everyone’s safety, pets must be secured before the technician arrives. After completing the service, we will make sure the gate is properly closed and send you a digital report by email or text.
Standard chemicals required for routine water balancing are included in the monthly maintenance rate.
Specialty treatments, unusually high chemical demand, phosphate removal, algae recovery, excessive stabilizer or calcium correction, and other major water-quality treatments may require an additional charge. We will always explain the recommended treatment and obtain your approval before performing any additional work.
Yes. Our Green-to-Clean service is designed to restore green, cloudy, or neglected pools.
The treatment is customized based on the condition of the water, pool surface, filtration system, and water chemistry. It may include brushing, shock treatment, specialty chemicals, filter cleaning, and vacuuming. After inspecting the pool, we will provide a customized estimate and explain the restoration process.
Yes. Pool Perfect Solutions is CPO® certified and carries commercial general liability insurance. We follow professional pool-maintenance and water-safety standards and operate in accordance with applicable local business requirements.
No. We do not require a long-term contract. Our residential maintenance service is provided on a month-to-month basis because we believe our clients should stay with us because of the quality and reliability of our service—not because they are locked into a lengthy agreement.
If you decide to discontinue service, we simply ask that you provide advance notice in accordance with our cancellation policy.
